Monk Xaba is a respectable businessman based in Pretoria, South Africa. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Art from the University Of South Africa (UNISA) and a Human Resource Management Diploma.
Monk served as Operations manager for Transformerworx which performed work operations for Rotek (a subsidiary of Eskom). Transformerworx was responsible for repairs and renovations of all transformers below 80 kVA on a 200 Ton isle.
Monk held a Chief Executive position for over 22 years in the construction sector within a company which has been conferred with CIBD grade 8 by the Construction Industry Development Board of South Africa. He has since provided leadership and strategic direction to the company.
Monk skills were further natured in government services where he served distinctively as a high school principal and later as a circuit manager.

He specializes as a management consultant in innovative transformation of companies' Performance management systems, Change management and Management of transformation in the mining sector. He has earned enormous recognition for his research intervention and implementation strategy at British Airways, Telkom SA and Department of Finance. He occupied Chief Executive positions in a few Engineering companies within the Power Generation sector.

He is the founding CEO of The CharterQuest Professional Education Institute, a leading Johannesburg-based private education and training company, serving the niche markets for students and aspiring members of various national and international professional bodies, such as SAICA; IRMSA, CIMA, ACCA, and the CFA Institute. Valentine spent over 15 years in private and public sector roles spanning across Accounting, Risk, Internal Auditing and Management Consulting. In doing so, he served blue chip multinationals such as Transnet, Anglo American, Impala Platinum, and the Standard Chartered Bank. Since founding the school in 2010, Valentine has served as the lead tutor, progressively introducing and overseeing the success of each programme; in particular, facilitating courses that cover Operational Risk Management, Corporate Risk Management, Financial Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Auditing. She has also initiated, cultivated and extended strategic relationships with a network of energy providers and financial institutions. She served on various Boards of Directors, and senior management of multiple clients, creating opportunities for reduction of Carbon footprint, and improvement of Energy consumption by implementing energy efficient strategies. Marius holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc. Eng) from the University of Stellenbosch. He also holds a an Honours degree in Electrical in Engineering from the University of Pretoria and is further qualified in Power System Dynamics Training from the University of Pittsburg. He was appointed a principal Engineer within the Eskom Systems Operation to plan Power Station production over a 10 year window period, and has also developed an optimisation software to forecast generation per Power Station to meet demand for the 10 year forecast period. Marius has developed generation curves for hydro plant including the development of a Pump Storage philosophy for the first Pump Storage Scheme in Eskom. He has successfully designed and developed a Refueling strategy for the first Nuclear plant which is Koeberg in the Western Cape. He engineered and architected a 10 year master plan for the expansion of the distribution and reticulation networks. He was also a senior manager in Grid operations and Transmission Services, managing network availability for National Grid and also championing Transmission designs to achieve minimum cost and maximum availability. He is currently involved in PV Solar installations, monitoring and project management of the installations.

He specialises in sizing and selection of High-Pressure relief, flow control;, isolation valves and actuators, offering repairs and reconditioning expert advice and conducting OEM standard assembly and tests. He is responsible for compiling preliminary and final designs, conducting site inspections, Clerks of Works services (COW) and Project Management. He is certified to conduct inspections and certification of Three-phase Industrial/Commercial installations. Mzwakhe has a vast knowledge of design, manufacturing and installation of Motor Control Centers, Micro-grids MV/LV Reticulation, Gen-Set backup power units and Photovoltaic Solar Turnkey solutions.
